Refund Policy

We have a 30-day hassle free return policy for all the products that we sell on our store. It means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund for your product even if you don't like.

Digital goods, supplements, and services have a strict no refund policy, but can be requested to be cancelled up until the time that the order is submitted and accepted for fulfillment. This is due to the nature of the product and the fact that we have a distribution and fulfillment center where each product has an order placed with a delay in time. If the order is confirmed and submitted before request of cancellation, reach out to helpvitalevolve@gmail.com to explain your situation.

We will ship a new item for you if it arrives in any of the following conditions: • Product is defective • Product is unused • Product must be in original packaging • Receipt or proof of purchase

In order to ensure that all above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at helpvitalevolve@gmail.com .

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special discount codes, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
